How To: Holiday Bulletin Board

Materials Needed: 16x20 Frame (Signature Frame shown) • 16x20 White Museum Mat • Decorative paper (Stocking decorative paper shown) • 16x20 Corkboard • Holiday 8 pack clips • Ribbon • Stickles

1.

Place decorative paper face up. Place mat on right hand corner of paper leaving an inch all the way around mat. Trace 1” all around mat and cut out paper.

2.

Center mat on paper and adhere to front side of mat. Cut the corners as shown below then apply adhesive tape to exposed sides.

3.

Once tape is affixed, fold sides over mat and firmly secure.

4.

Place a ruler diagonally from one corner to the next, draw a line - repeat on other side to create an X. Using a razorblade, cut along the X in the center of opening – corner to corner. Cut off top portion off each triangle. Apply adhesive to each flap. Then, neatly fold and affix to back of mat as shown.

5.

Place mat face down on table. Take one end of the ribbon and hot glue to the back of the mat. Then hot glue the other side of the ribbon to the back of the mat, allowing it swag a little bit as shown.
6.
Apply adhesive to the back of mat and affix to 16x20 corkboard. Attach photo clips to ribbon in this order: Santa, lollipop, cupcake, lollipop, and then Santa.
7.
Attach photos, holiday cards or gift tags to photo clips.
